This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "You") and ALIMONDA, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for Seize the Cheese ("Game").

BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR PLAYING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not constitute a sale of the Game or any copy thereof.
You agree NOT to:

- Copy, distribute, or modify the Game except as explicitly allowed by this Agreement

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game

- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Game

- Use the Game for any commercial purpose (except as allowed in Section 3 below)

- Transfer, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game to any third party

- Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws
We encourage and permit you to create videos, streams, and other content featuring the Game ("Content") and to monetize such Content through platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and similar services. This permission includes:

- Live streaming gameplay

- Creating and monetizing "Let's Play" videos, reviews, and tutorials

- Using game footage in monetized content

- Using game audio and music when accompanying gameplay footage of Seize the Cheese

This permission is subject to the following:

- Your Content must primarily feature your own commentary, gameplay, or transformative elements

- You may not use the Game's assets (including music, sound effects, or graphics) separately from gameplay footage of this Game

- You may not use the Game or its content in association with hate speech, discrimination, harassment, violence, illegal activities, or any content that promotes bigotry or intolerance
IMPORTANT HEALTH WARNING

A small percentage of people may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in video games. Even people with no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause photosensitive epileptic seizures.

IMMEDIATELY STOP playing and consult a doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms:

- Seizures

- Dizziness

- Altered vision

- Eye or muscle twitches

- Loss of awareness

- Disorientation

- Involuntary movements

- Convulsions
The Game and all content, including but not limited to graphics, animations, audio, music, text, software code, and game mechanics, are owned by ALIMONDA, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you no rights to our intellectual property except for the limited license described above.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

- The Game will meet your requirements

- The Game will be uninterrupted or error-free

- The Game will be compatible with all hardware and software configurations

- Any defects in the Game will be corrected
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALIMONDA, LLC, ITS AFFILIates, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Game

- Any matter beyond our reasonable control

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALIMONDA, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Game or violation of this Agreement.
The Game itself does not directly collect any personal data from users. However, third-party services integrated with or used to distribute the Game may collect certain data:

Unity Technologies (game engine) may collect analytics and performance data. For information about Unity's data practices, please review Unity's Privacy Policy at https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy

Steam (distribution platform) collects data related to your gaming activity, purchases, and account. For information about Steam's data practices, please review the Steam Privacy Policy at https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/

Cloudflare (website services) may collect data when you visit our website. For information about Cloudflare's data practices, please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

We do not have control over these third parties' data collection practices. For any privacy concerns related to data collected by these services, please contact the respective companies directly through their privacy policies.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ALIMONDA, LLC regarding Seize the Cheese and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
