END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the “User”) and Team Crabageddon (“Licensor”) governing your use of the software game titled “Crabageddon” (“Software”).
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Licensor hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on your compatible device.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software except as expressly authorized by this Agreement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by law.
- Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
3. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, including any lost profits, lost data, or other incidental or consequential damages.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luzern, Switzerland.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
