You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game through your Steam account for private, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

All intellectual property rights in the Game—including source code, artwork, music, and other content—remain the property of the original developers: Matthias Huber, Jill Peeters, and Chris Kohler. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Game
  
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Game outside of Steam
  
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent

The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The developers do not warrant that the Game will run uninterrupted or error-free on all systems.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement or the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Country or State]. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
