TSG ModLoader Terms of Use
TSG ModLoader ("TSG Software"), developed by the TSG Team, is an open-source, community-driven software program that enables modification and expansion of the DreadHunger game. The TSG Software includes source code, associated documentation files, and the TSG Mod Browser. The TSG Mod Browser allows users to browse, download, and install mods, while mod creators can upload their work via Steam's verification system.
Intellectual Property Rights for DreadHunger
The DreadHunger game and its trademarks are owned by their respective copyright holders. DreadHunger is a proprietary software product protected by copyright and must be acquired under its own licensing terms. These Terms of Use do not apply to DreadHunger or its owners, and the TSG Team is not affiliated with them. The TSG Software enables mod creation and gameplay without accessing DreadHunger's source code.
Trademark Usage Guidelines:
The DreadHunger trademark may only be used referentially in promotional materials to indicate mod compatibility, provided that:
The mod name does not include "DreadHunger";
It is phrased as "for use with" or "compatible with";
The DreadHunger name appears less prominently than the mod name;
The mod is genuinely compatible;
No endorsement or sponsorship is implied;
Usage does not misrepresent or disparage the original game.
Any other promotional use of the DreadHunger trademark is prohibited.

Mod Browser Submission Policy

Users may be permanently banned without appeal. While mod creators can delete their uploads, distributed copies may persist on other platforms (e.g., Discord, GitHub).
Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights. Violations will be removed without notice. Once downloaded, content cannot be recalled from users' systems.
