By downloading, installing, or using this Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the Game.
1. EARLY ACCESS & "AS IS" DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that the Game is currently in a Playtest, Demo, or Early Access phase. It is an unfinished product that may contain bugs, glitches, crashes, or incomplete features. The Game is provided on an strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer disclaims all liability for any hardware damage, data loss, or game progress loss resulting from the use of this software.
2. TELEMETRY, DIAGNOSTICS, AND SECURE DATA TRANSMISSION
To improve the Game, optimize performance, and prevent cheating, the Game utilizes an automated diagnostic and action-recording system.
By playing the Game, you explicitly consent to the collection and transmission of the following data:
Hardware Specifications: OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, and system locale.
In-Game Telemetry: Player coordinates (X, Y, Z), velocity, frame rate (FPS) drops, and movement history.
Game Files: Controller calibration data (e.g., CSD_Callibration_Source_Date.sav).
Visual Data: Automated or user-initiated in-game screenshots during performance drops or bug reports.
Secure Routing: All collected diagnostic data is securely transmitted to our primary endpoint at [https://tryzillyast.zzz.com.ua/](https://tryzillyast.zzz.com.ua/). To protect our backend infrastructure from malicious attacks, reverse engineering, and hacking attempts, the subsequent routing, storage locations, and processing architecture of this data are strictly confidential and proprietary. Your use of the Game constitutes acceptance of this secure, undisclosed routing methodology.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) AND MODS
The Game may support the installation and use of unofficial User-Generated Content ("UGC") or third-party modifications (mods).
No Developer Liability: The Developer is not responsible for, does not endorse, and does not pre-screen any UGC created by other players.
Security & Stability Risk: The installation of UGC is entirely at your own risk. The Developer does not guarantee the safety, functionality, or quality of the Game after unofficial content has been installed. The Developer shall not be liable for any malicious code, crashes, or inappropriate content introduced via third-party UGC.
4. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in the Game (including within UGC) in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal complaint to our legal contact:

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tryzillya.st and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game or UGC.
