This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your rights and obligations when using the game “Rust Rides” (the “Product”), available at https://store.steampowered.com/app/3766240/Rust_Rides/?beta=0. Before installing or using the Product, you must accept the terms of this Agreement.

1.1 The developer and publisher (“Licensor”) grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited‑term license to use the Product solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
1.2 You are permitted to create and use modifications (“mods”) of the Product, provided they do not alter game balance to gain an unfair advantage and do not include cheat‑type tools. Any mods that confer cheating advantages or other prohibited functions are strictly forbidden.
1.3 You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Product for any commercial purpose without the Licensor’s express written consent.

4.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor and its representatives from any claims, demands, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of this EULA or applicable law.

Warning: This game may contain flashing lights or visual effects that could trigger epileptic seizures or loss of consciousness in a small percentage of people. If you have a history of epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights, consult a physician before playing and adjust your display’s brightness and contrast according to manufacturer recommendations.

6.1 The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms.
6.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and delete all copies in your possession.

7.1 This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
7.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the Licensor’s jurisdiction.
