By downloading, installing, or using GST - Youchosis, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
The Developer (KELVIN RILEY) grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install & use the Game on your compatible device(s) solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
Distribute, sell, rent, or lease the Game or any part of it.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission from the Developer.
All rights & interest into the Game (including assets, code, graphics, audio, and text) remain the exclusive property of the Developer & The Credit Users of the audio songs used in this game.
You are granted a license to use the Game — not ownership of it.
If the Game allows the creation or sharing of user-generated content (UGC), you retain rights to your creations but grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for promotional or community purposes.
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
The Developer (KELVIN RILEY) makes no guarantees regarding performance, reliability, or error-free operation.
You use the Game at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer (KELVIN RILEY) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game — including data loss or device malfunction.
This license is effective until terminated.
You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game and all related files.
The Developer may terminate this license if you breach any term of this EULA.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of GEORGIA LAW, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
