1. Acceptance of Terms
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Flow Forge Studios ("Licensor") governing the use of the software product Little Hoarder (“Game”), including any digital media, updates, patches, or accompanying documentation.
By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
Flow Forge Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to:
Install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
Create and share user-generated content (e.g., mods, maps, etc.) provided such content:
Does not include copyrighted or offensive material.
Is distributed for free, unless otherwise permitted by Flow Forge Studios in writing.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property in and to the Game, including but not limited to code, artwork, design, characters, sounds, and documentation, are owned by Flow Forge Studios or its licensors.
“Flow Forge Studios” is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom.
“Little Hoarder” is a trademark of Flow Forge Studios (registration pending).
You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Game by purchasing, downloading, or using it.
4. License Restrictions
You may not:
Sell, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game or any part of it.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code (except where explicitly permitted by law).
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Circumvent any copy protection, DRM, or security features.
Use the Game for any unlawful purposes or in violation of local, national, or international law.
5. Modding and Community Content
Flow Forge Studios supports community creativity. You are allowed to create mods or user-generated content as long as:
It is distributed for free.
It does not infringe on intellectual property, include hate speech, or violate laws.
It does not include the base game assets unless otherwise allowed.
Commercial modding or distribution of modified versions of the Game requires written approval from Flow Forge Studios.
6. Updates and Patches
Flow Forge Studios may release patches, updates, or changes to the Game at any time. These may be required for continued use of the Game. This license extends to future updates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if:
You breach any terms of this Agreement.
You attempt unauthorized commercial use, tampering, or redistribution.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
This Game is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Flow Forge Studios does not warrant that:
The Game will run uninterrupted or error-free.
Bugs or glitches will be fixed.
The Game will work on all hardware or configurations.
Use of the Game is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Forge Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of data or saved progress.
Hardware or software failure.
Any damage arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Miscellaneous
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Flow Forge Studios regarding the Game.
