END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Clanker Games regarding your use of the video game titled "Good Boy The Long Night", including all related digital content, software, updates, and patches.
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game via Steam, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or play the Game.
1. Grant of License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use only via your Steam account.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Game;
modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Game, except as expressly permitted by law;
extract or reuse any content from the Game outside the context of the Game;
use the Game with any cheats, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party tools;
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3. Ownership
The Game and all its content—including, but not limited to, graphics, music, code, scripts, animations, and intellectual property—remain the property of Clanker Games and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a license to use the Game, not ownership of the Game or any part thereof.
4. Unreal Engine Notice
The Game was developed using Unreal Engine, which is owned by Epic Games, Inc. Epic Games is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Game. Your use of Unreal Engine is subject to Epic’s licensing terms, which can be found at:

5. Steam Platform
Your use of the Game is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other applicable Steam terms of service provided by Valve Corporation. This EULA does not override or alter any Steam terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, OR COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SYSTEM.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
8. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate this license at any time without notice if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
