End-User License Agreement (EULA) for HelmetFire

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and Snick Developments ("Company") for the video game product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and documentation ("Game"). By installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, access, or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Game.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Game.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge that all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including, but not limited to, any titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogs, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audiovisual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, and server software) are owned by the Company or its licensors.
4. Online Leaderboard
HelmetFire includes an optional online leaderboard feature. If you choose to submit your scores to the leaderboard, you acknowledge and agree that your game score and a username (which may be your chosen in-game name or a platform-provided ID) will be publicly displayed to other players. Snick Developments is not responsible for the content of user-generated usernames.

This Game was developed using Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – 2024, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.
Epic Games, Inc. makes no representations or warranties with respect to this Game, and disclaims all liability for this Game.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Game. This EULA will terminate immediately without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE GAME IS WITH YOU.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS GAME, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Elsewhere, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
