# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the video game **[SpaceFabrica]** ("Game"), developed and published by **StefCorp** ("Developer").
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
## 1. License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the Game or its source code.
## 2. Restrictions
You may not:
* sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute unauthorized copies of the Game;
* copy or distribute the Game except where permitted by law or by the platform through which the Game was obtained;
* use the Game or its files for unlawful purposes;
* reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
* use cheats, exploits, automation, or other tools intended to unfairly interfere with multiplayer gameplay or other players.
## 3. Mods and User-Created Content
The Developer may allow modifications, custom content, or other user-created content ("Mods").
Mods are used at your own risk. The Developer is not responsible for damage, data loss, compatibility problems, or other issues caused by third-party Mods.
You may not use Mods to distribute substantial portions of the Game's copyrighted assets or source code unless expressly permitted by the Developer.
## 4. Updates and Changes
The Game may receive updates, patches, new features, balance changes, or other modifications.
The Developer may change, add, or remove Game features where reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operation of the Game.
## 5. Online and Multiplayer Features
Some features may require an internet connection or third-party platform services.
The Developer does not guarantee that online or multiplayer services will always be available and may modify or discontinue such services where reasonably necessary.
Players must not intentionally disrupt online gameplay, abuse exploits, or interfere with other players' ability to use the Game.
## 6. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its code, graphics, audio, designs, characters, names, and other original content, is owned by the Developer or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
## 7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every hardware or software configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the Game.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
## 8. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your license may be terminated if you materially violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using unauthorized copies of the Game.
## 9. Third-Party Platforms
If the Game is distributed through Steam or another third-party platform, your use of that platform is also subject to the platform's applicable terms and conditions.
## 10. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the **Netherlands**, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted to them by the laws applicable in their country of residence.
## 11. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer may update this Agreement when reasonably necessary, for example because of changes to the Game, its services, or applicable law.
Material changes will apply in accordance with applicable law.
