END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Game Title: Light Of The Ancients
Developer: Cerebral Silage Studios
1. Grant of License
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") grants you, the user, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the game (“the Game”) for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
You acknowledge that the Game is provided “as is” and that all intellectual property rights in the Game, except for third-party assets used under license or included as part of educational tutorials, remain the property of the Developer or their respective owners.
3. Free Use
The Game is provided to you free of charge via Steam. The Developer does not charge for access to or use of the Game and does not offer any paid upgrades, content, or services related to the Game.
4. Use of Tutorial Assets
This Game may include assets and code inspired by or directly derived from publicly available tutorials. These components are used in accordance with their respective licenses or permissions and are integrated for educational or demonstrative purposes.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game.
Distribute the Game or any derivative works for commercial purposes.
Remove or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the performance, functionality, or availability of the Game. Use of the Game is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term(s). Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
