END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and R16 Interactive Inc., a Delaware corporation ("R16", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the game software provided through Steam ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
R16 grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, distribution, or creation of derivative works.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Game. You may not use any part of the Game for commercial purposes. Modding is not permitted. Any unauthorized use is a violation of this Agreement and may result in termination of your license.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. R16 retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and all associated intellectual property rights.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of certain information, including analytics and gameplay data, through our proprietary tools. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy: https://r16.com/privacy-policy.
5. Updates and DLC
R16 may offer downloadable content ("DLC") or updates which are subject to the same license terms as the base Game unless otherwise specified. Access to DLC may require a separate purchase.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s). Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Game.
7. Steam Platform Terms
Your use of the Game is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and associated platform terms. Refunds and billing are subject to Steam’s policies.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. R16 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
