This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Studio Carota, and governs your use of the software product "Loan Shark" ("Software"), which includes associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Carota Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Modify or create derivative works based upon the Software.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Carota Studio and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from Carota Studio if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
5. NO WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Carota Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Studio Carota be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
