END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement is between you and EMA GAMES and governs your use of the software product "GameDev Clicker: Tap & Build"
By installing or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or lease the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to any updates, content, or assets) are and remain the property of the Developer.
4. User Content
If the Game allows you to create or upload content, you retain rights to your content, but grant the Developer a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Game.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Developer makes no guarantees about the Game's functionality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game. It will also terminate automatically if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
