PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING WORKPLACE HAZARD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Devon Lively (“Publisher”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Workplace Hazard (“Game”) for personal, non-commercial use only on platforms where the Game is legally made available.

2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. SDSDInk (“Developer”) and Publisher retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights therein.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:

Distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game;

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Game;

Modify or create derivative works of the Game;

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game;

Use the Game to violate any applicable laws or regulations;

Use cheats, automation, exploits, or third-party software that modifies gameplay.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create or submit content (e.g., mods, levels), you grant Developer and Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and publicly display that content in connection with the Game and its promotion.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, and must not include content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8 will survive termination.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER AND PUBLISHER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER THE DEVELOPER NOR THE PUBLISHER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. STEAM PLATFORM TERMS
This Game is distributed through the Steam platform. Your use of Steam is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and related Valve Corporation terms. This EULA does not supersede or replace any rights or obligations under those agreements.
