📄 End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Vindiem Games and governs your use of the game "Maniac: Hunt or Be Hunted" ("Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Vindiem Games grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for personal entertainment purposes on your device.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purposes without written consent from Vindiem Games.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Vindiem Games retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and all associated intellectual property.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Vindiem Games makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software's performance or reliability.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vindiem Games shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
