END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and KarmaQuest Studios ("Licensor") for the game titled Abhay ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
KarmaQuest Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use one copy of Abhay on a single device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Abhay, including all content, artwork, audio, code, gameplay mechanics, and design, remain the sole property of KarmaQuest Studios.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or publicly display the Game without prior written consent
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
Circumvent or tamper with DRM, anti-cheat, or security features
4. DRM and Anti-Cheat
The Game may include anti-cheat and telemetry tools to detect cheating or technical issues. You consent to their operation and limited data collection for the sole purpose of ensuring fair play and game integrity.
5. User Content
If the Game allows you to create or submit content, you grant KarmaQuest Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Game. You retain ownership of your User Content.
6. Modding
Modding is not permitted unless explicitly allowed. If permitted, it must be for personal, non-commercial use and must not violate this Agreement or laws. Modding privileges may be revoked at any time.
7. Updates and Patches
KarmaQuest Studios may provide automatic updates or patches. These are governed by this Agreement.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the Game. KarmaQuest Studios may terminate this Agreement for any violation. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete the Game.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
Abhay is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. KarmaQuest Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
KarmaQuest Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Game.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Steam Terms
This Game is distributed via Steam and subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve’s Privacy Policy. In any conflict, Valve’s policies take precedence regarding the use of the Steam platform. Refunds are handled by Valve:

13. Privacy and Data Collection
We may collect gameplay data, system specs, and crash reports to improve the Game. Data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR.
14. Online Services
Online services, if any, may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice or liability.
15. Third-Party Software
This Game may include third-party software governed by separate license terms, which are incorporated by reference.
16. Age Requirement
You must be 13 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if required in your jurisdiction, to use this Game.
17. Health Warning
This Game may contain flashing lights and visual effects that could affect users with photosensitive epilepsy. User discretion is advised.
18. Export Compliance
You agree not to export or re-export the Game in violation of applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export laws.
