Rat Race Combat: Zombie Tribute

Article 1 – Acceptance of the Agreement
By downloading, installing, or playing Rat Race Combat: Zombie Tribute (hereinafter “the Game”), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to the terms, you must not install or use the Game.

Article 2 – License Grant
The Publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment only. This license does not confer any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Game or its contents.

Article 3 – Age and Geographic Restrictions
Age Restriction: The Game is intended for players aged 18 and over due to scenes of stylized violence. By playing the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.


Article 4 – Intellectual Property
All content within the Game, including but not limited to code, artwork, audio, gameplay systems, and visual design, is the intellectual property of the Publisher and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from the Publisher.

Article 5 – Updates and Modifications
The Game may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. These changes may include gameplay adjustments, visual modifications, new features, or bug fixes.

Article 6 – Termination
Your license to use the Game may be terminated immediately without notice if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all related files from your devices.

Article 7 – Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Publisher makes no guarantees regarding performance, stability, or enjoyment. You use the Game at your own risk.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.

Article 9 – Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any legal disputes must be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Arbitration Clause
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English, in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and administered by a recognized arbitration body. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

Article 11 – Force Majeure
The Publisher shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, technical failures, or government restrictions.

Article 12 – Waiver of Class Action
By accepting this Agreement, you waive any right to participate in class actions, mass claims, or representative proceedings against the Publisher.

Article 1 – Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing the game Rat Race Combat: Zombie Tribute (hereinafter "the Game"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using the Game.

Article 2 – Game Access and Modes
The Game may include various modes or difficulty levels. Some may require progress unlocks, while others are accessible from the start. The Game is offered for personal entertainment and non-commercial use only.

Article 3 – In-Game Purchases
Optional in-game purchases may be available to enhance the user experience (e.g., cosmetic upgrades, additional content, or features). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 4 – User Conduct
Users agree to:

Behave respectfully toward others in any multiplayer or social features.

Refrain from cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating the Game systems.

Not use the Game for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent banning of the account without refund.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Game and its content (including graphics, code, audio, and design) belong to the Publisher. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

Article 6 – Game Availability and Updates
The Publisher reserves the right to update, modify, or disable the Game (in whole or in part) at any time and without notice. These updates may include bug fixes, content changes, balance adjustments, or new features.

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. The Publisher disclaims any liability for technical issues, gameplay interruptions, or data loss. The User assumes all risks related to the use of the Game.

Article 8 – No Guarantee of Performance
The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Game or error-free operation. Access may be restricted due to updates, server maintenance, or unforeseen issues.

Article 9 – Legal Compliance
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Game complies with local laws and regulations. The Publisher is not liable for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized use of the Game in any jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Modifications to the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Game following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this document regularly.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Article 12 – Severability Clause
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force. An enforceable clause that most closely matches the intent of the original shall replace the invalid portion.
