This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Runner Turtle Games ("Developer," "We," "Us") for the use of the game Puzzle Company ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
1.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
1.2. You may not:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
  
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
  
• Rent, sell, or sublicense the Game to others.
  
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Game.
  
• Use the Game in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1. All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property, belong to Runner Turtle Games.
2.2. You acknowledge that your use of the Game does not grant you any ownership or proprietary rights.

3. ONLINE FEATURES & USER CONTENT
3.1. If the Game includes online features or multiplayer interactions, you agree to:

Respect other players and refrain from toxic, harassing, or illegal behavior.

Not use offensive, racist, or otherwise inappropriate usernames, messages, or content.
3.2. Any content you create or share within the Game (e.g., in-game messages, level designs) may be used by the Developer for promotional purposes.

4. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
4.1. The Game may collect certain data, such as gameplay statistics, crash reports, and online interactions, to improve user experience.
4.2. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. TERMINATION
5.1. We reserve the right to terminate this license and restrict your access to the Game if:

• You violate any terms of this Agreement.
  
• We determine, at our sole discretion, that your conduct harms the Game, its community, or its integrity.
  5.2. If this Agreement is terminated, you must uninstall and cease using the Game.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY & LIABILITY
6.1. The Game is provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be bug-free or uninterrupted.
6.2. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or system failures caused by the Game.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
7.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul/Turkey.

8. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
8.1. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By installing or playing Puzzle Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
