END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "MIND WITHIN"
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developers of Mind Within ("Licensor") for the software product Mind Within, including any associated media, assets, and online services ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
