End User License Agreement (EULA) - For Gamers:
Hey there! Before you jump in, please take a moment to read this.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") explains how you can use this game ("Game") developed by ColdR_Dev. By installing or playing the Game, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — just don’t install or run the Game.
1. License
You're getting a personal, non-commercial license to play and enjoy the Game. That means you can install and play it for yourself, but you can’t resell or use it in ways we don’t allow below.
2. Please Don’t Do These Things
To keep things fair and fun for everyone, you can’t:
Change, hack, or reverse engineer the Game;
Share, sell, or rent it to others;
Use it for money-making stuff (unless we say it’s okay);
Break any laws with it.
3. Ownership
We (ColdR_Dev and our partners) still own all parts of the Game — code, art, sounds, and so on. You’re just borrowing it to play.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game lets you create or share content, great! Just make sure it’s respectful and follows the rules. We reserve the right to remove anything inappropriate or illegal.
5. No Promises (Disclaimer)
The Game is provided "as is" — which means we’re not promising it’s perfect or will always work the way you want. Use it at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
We're not responsible for any losses or damages that happen while using the Game, as much as the law allows.
7. Ending the Agreement
You can stop using the Game anytime by deleting it. We might also end your license if you break the rules.
8. Legal Stuff
This Agreement follows the laws of where ColdR_Dev is based. If any part of this doesn’t apply legally, the rest still holds up.

IMPORTANT – Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using this software product ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License
This Game is licensed, not sold. ColdR_Dev grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
Distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Game;
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission;
Use the Game to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, and all intellectual property) remain the property of ColdR_Dev and its licensors.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create, share, or upload content, you are solely responsible for such content. ColdR_Dev reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ColdR_Dev disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdR_Dev shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game and all copies of it. This Agreement will also terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You are welcome and encouraged to create, stream, and share video content of the Game, including on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services. Monetization of such content (e.g., through ad revenue, donations, or sponsorships) is allowed, provided that the content does not misrepresent the Game or its creators, or violate any other part of this Agreement.
