IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS GAME
By installing, copying, or otherwise using Under The Floor (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, copy, or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
No Laugh Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game on one or more devices owned by you, solely for private and non-commercial use.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, including its code, visual and audio assets, design, narrative, music, and all other elements, is protected under French and international intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by No Laugh Studios.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you shall not:
Modify, translate, adapt, merge, or alter the Game in any way;
Reproduce, distribute, lease, sell, or commercially exploit the Game without prior written permission from No Laugh Studios;
Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code, except where permitted by applicable law (such as Article L.122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code);
Use the Game for any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. No Laugh Studios does not warrant that the Game will operate without interruption or errors, or that it will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Laugh Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
5. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by French law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.
