SilhouetteIsComing - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between TEMIZEL SU ARITIM KIMYA ITHALAT IHRACAT SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“Company”) and any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the SilhouetteIsComing game (“User”).
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. LICENSE GRANT
The Company grants the User a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the game strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license includes all accompanying digital files, documentation, and future updates.
3. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in SilhouetteIsComing — including all code, graphics, sounds, and content — are and shall remain the sole property of TEMIZEL SU ARITIM KIMYA LTD. STI. The User shall not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights to the game.
4. RESTRICTIONS
The User is expressly prohibited from:
Copying, distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or renting the software or its components,
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code,
Modifying, extracting, or reusing any in-game assets (such as images, audio, or characters),
Using the game for any illegal, immoral, misleading, or harmful purposes.
5. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update the game and this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the software implies acceptance of any changes.
6. DISCLAIMER
The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the game will function uninterrupted or error-free. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without notice, if the User breaches any of its provisions. Upon termination:
The User must uninstall and delete the software from all devices.
All access rights to the game are revoked.
The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action, claim damages, and report copyright violations to relevant authorities.
The User acknowledges that violation of this Agreement may constitute a criminal offense under intellectual property laws and may result in prosecution.
