Off World Racing – End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: August 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Off World Racing Company Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your installation and use of Off World Racing (“Product”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Product includes technology licensed from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”), specifically Unreal® Engine.
Epic is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility or liability with respect to the Product.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
• Epic Games, Inc. and its affiliates make no representations, warranties, guarantees, or conditions regarding the Product.
• Epic Games, Inc. and its affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
• Epic Games, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Product, regardless of the legal theory asserted, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
All representations, warranties, support obligations, and liabilities relating to the Product are provided solely by Off World Racing Company Ltd.

Ownership
The Product, including its software, artwork, audio, vehicles, tracks, game assets, user interface, and related content, is owned by Off World Racing Company Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

License
Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product except where permitted by law.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Product.
• Modify or create derivative works of the Product except where expressly permitted.
• Circumvent technical protection measures.

Online Services
Certain features may require an internet connection or third-party services.
Availability of online functionality is not guaranteed and may change or be discontinued without notice.

Updates
The Company may release updates, patches, downloadable content, or new features at its discretion.
Updates may be required for continued access to online functionality.

User Content
Users remain responsible for any content they create or share through supported features.
The Company reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or community standards.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Off World Racing Company Ltd. disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off World Racing Company Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the Product.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.

Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and destroy all copies in your possession where applicable.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
