End-User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Ruisu Design for the software product "Elliot's Show Time" ("Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Ruisu Design grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Elliot's Show Time solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or any portion of it.
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Ruisu Design.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to Elliot's Show Time, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Ruisu Design or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Ruisu Design makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Ruisu Design be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Ruisu Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
