This licence remains valid until terminated by you or us. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA.

You may not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game; (ii) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game; (iii) use the Game for commercial purposes; (iv) remove or alter any copyright notices.

All rights, title, and interest in the Game (including but not limited to graphics, code, audio, and text) are owned by the Developer. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights, only a limited licence.

We warrant that we have the right to grant this licence and that the Game will perform substantially as described for a limited period (e.g., 90 days). We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for indirect damages, economic losses, loss of data, or loss of profit. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Game.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States Of America (or other applicable jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved by its courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

If any provision of this EULA is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.
