This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and the game Creator (“Licensor”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) governing your use of the video game **AcroChallenge!** (“Game”) on the Steam platform. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

### 1. GRANT OF LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game on a personal device solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement.
### 2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all code, artwork, music, text, assets, and intellectual property. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
### 3. RESTRICTIONS
You may **not**:
* Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
* Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works.
* Use the Game commercially without our prior written consent.
* Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Game.
* Use the Game in violation of laws or third-party rights.

### 4. MULTIPLAYER & ONLINE SERVICES
1. **Connectivity Requirement**
• The Game may require an Internet connection to access multiplayer features, leaderboards, matchmaking, and other online services.
2. **Account Registration**
• You may be required to create or use a Steam account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. **Code of Conduct**
• You agree to abide by any multiplayer code of conduct or community rules posted by Us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in cheating, harassment, or other disruptive behavior.
4. **Service Changes & Discontinuation**
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any online service without notice. We are not liable for any loss of functionality or data resulting from such changes.

### 5. STEAM WORKSHOP SUPPORT
1. **User-Generated Content**
• You may create, upload, and share Workshop items (e.g., levels, mods, cosmetics). You retain ownership of your creations.
2. **License to Licensor**
• By uploading Workshop items, you grant Us and Steam a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and promote those items.
3. **Inappropriate Content**
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene. We reserve the right to remove any Workshop item at our discretion.
4. **Monetization & Sales**
• If Workshop items are sold or monetized (e.g., microtransactions), you agree to the revenue-share terms posted on the Steam Workshop page and any additional agreements required by Steam.

### 6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your rights immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
### 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
### 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME OR ONLINE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
### 9. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

### 10. SUPPORT & UPDATES
We may provide patches, updates, and new features at our discretion. You agree to receive and install such updates automatically as part of the Steam platform.
