IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using this software product. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
This software is licensed, not sold. The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this product for personal, non-commercial purposes on a single device, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Steam’s Subscriber Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on it.
Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute it to third parties.
Bypass any security or license restrictions.
3. Ownership
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software are retained by the developer. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
If the software allows you to create or upload content, you grant the developer and Valve a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content within the Steam platform.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
This software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk. The developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer or Valve be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of data or profits.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
