END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using Plague Doctor vs The Profane (“Game”) developed by Anti-Gaming Studio (“Developer”).
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including all code, graphics, music, and content) remain with Developer.

Developer may provide updates that modify the Game. These may be installed automatically. Continued use of the Game implies acceptance of these changes.
5. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be free of errors or run uninterrupted.
7. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
