END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and CEDEN Network Ltd. ("Licensor") for the use of Lucha Throwdown ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, audio, text, and all intellectual property rights, remain the property of CEDEN Network Ltd. The Game is licensed, not sold.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
Distribute, rent, lease, or sell the Game.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent.
Circumvent any copy protection or security features.
4. UPDATES & PATCHES
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These are subject to this Agreement unless otherwise specified.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate your license if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will function without interruption or error.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game.
8. TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHT
All trademarks and logos used in the Game are the property of their respective owners and used under license. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
