GÖREV – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the software “GÖREV,” you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. License Grant
The developer, Alperen Sunar, grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use “GÖREV” for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All intellectual property rights remain with the developer and/or publisher.
3. Restrictions
You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell this software. This software is licensed, not sold. Any unauthorized use shall result in immediate termination of this license.
4. User-Generated Content
This game does not allow user-generated content. Users are not permitted to create, upload, or share modifications or add-ons.
5. Third-Party Licenses
This product uses Unreal Engine 5, which is subject to Epic Games' license. By using this software, you also agree to comply with Unreal Engine’s terms of use.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms herein. Upon termination, all copies of the software must be deleted.
7. Disclaimer
The software is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied. The developer shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of this software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
