END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using Steezelpunk ("Game") by Dobroszláv Ákos (“Licensor”). By installing or using the Game on the Steam platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, together with Steam’s Subscriber Agreement and any related Steam policies.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Steezelpunk for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device you own or control, solely through the Steam client.
2. Steam Platform Requirements
You must have a valid Steam account to install or launch Steezelpunk.
The Game integrates with Steamworks, you agree to comply with all Steamworks documentation and policies.
3. Game Content and Features
The following core systems and items are currently available in the Game:
- 3 Race Tracks for varied race experiences.
- Race Sequencer System for replayability.
- Achievements and Quests.
- Stat Upgrades, Shortcuts, and Artifacts.
- Vehicle Skins and Passive Skills.
4. Restrictions You agree not to:
- Distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer Steezelpunk or any copies, mods, or derivative works to any third party.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game, except to the extent applicable laws prohibit such restriction.
- Circumvent or disable any security or technical measures of the Game or the Steam platform.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose outside of Steam’s guidelines without Licensor’s prior written consent.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Game.
5. Ownership
The Game and all intellectual property rights in and to Steezelpunk are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor (or its licensors).
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
No user-identifiable data is shared with third parties except as required by law or to comply with Steam’s policies.
7. Updates and Patches
The Licensor may automatically deliver updates, patches, and new features through Steam. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
8. Third-Party Software and Services
The Game may include third-party libraries (e.g., Unreal Engine) subject to their own licenses. You agree to comply with any such third-party license terms, as provided within the Game’s credits or documentation.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Steezelpunk is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Steezelpunk, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of the Licensor shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term herein or with Steam’s Subscriber Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Budapest, Hungary under the rules of Hungary.
13. Agreement
This Agreement, together with Steam’s Subscriber Agreement and any referenced Steam policies, constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Licensor regarding Steezelpunk and supersedes all prior agreements.
BY INSTALLING OR USING STEEZELPUNK, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
