MULTIPLAYER AND TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
Like any software product, the Game may contain bugs, errors, unintended behavior, compatibility issues, performance problems, network interruptions, latency, synchronization issues, graphical errors, physics errors, crashes, or other technical limitations.
Multiplayer features depend in part on network conditions, third-party services, the devices and software used by participating users, and the behavior of other players. These circumstances may be outside the developer's direct control.
Other users may also attempt to exploit bugs, use cheats, modify their software, misuse game systems, disconnect unexpectedly, or otherwise behave in ways that affect the intended multiplayer experience.
As a result, systems including, but not limited to, character clothing, customization, animations, physics and ragdoll behavior, visual effects, character positioning, interaction requests, NPC interactions, player-to-player interactions, multiplayer synchronization, and other gameplay systems may occasionally fail to display, synchronize, or operate as intended.
An error, desynchronization, bug, exploit, or other technical malfunction does not modify the rules or intended operation of the Game and should not be interpreted as intentionally provided content or functionality.
The developer may release updates, patches, compatibility changes, security improvements, or modifications intended to correct or improve these systems.
Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY LICENSED CONTENT
The Game contains a combination of original content created for the Game and content created by third parties and used under applicable licenses, including commercial licenses and marketplace licenses where applicable.
