END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for Half Dead: A Zombie Story Game

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Karayel Games ("Licensor") for the game Half Dead: A Zombie Story Game ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Karayel Games hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible devices.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and all intellectual property rights therein remain the exclusive property of Karayel Games. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

If the Game allows the creation or uploading of user-generated content, you grant Karayel Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content within the Game or for promotional purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KARAYEL GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL KARAYEL GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Steam Platform Terms
Use of the Game through the Steam platform is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's applicable policies.
