LICENSE

SneakySquid grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not:

- copy, redistribute, or resell the Game
- reverse engineer or modify the Game
- use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software
- use the Game for unlawful or abusive behavior

OWNERSHIP

KaijuStory and all related content, including code, visuals, audio, music, and trademarks, are owned by SneakySquid or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.

ONLINE FEATURES

The Game includes online multiplayer and communication features. Players must not harass, spam, exploit bugs, or disrupt gameplay for others.

SneakySquid may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

The Game uses Unreal® Engine and FMOD Studio technology, which are subject to their own licenses and copyrights.

NO WARRANTY

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SneakySquid does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SneakySquid shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA.
SneakySquid may restrict, suspend, or permanently block access to online features for any user who violates this EULA or engages in cheating, exploitation, or disruptive behavior.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden.
