1. License Grant
Screen Boy (“the Game”) is licensed, not sold, to you by Psychedelic Toad Studios (“Licensor”). Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial use on your device.

2. Restrictions
You may NOT:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.

Use the Game for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission.

Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your rights to any third party.

3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Game and its content are owned by Psychedelic Toad Studios or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

4. Updates and Patches
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new features for the Game at its discretion. You agree to install these updates to continue using the Game.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate it immediately if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Psychedelic Toad Studios does not guarantee the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability
Psychedelic Toad Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Your Country/State].
