This End User License Agreement ("Agreement", "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and [Your Studio or Company Name] ("Licensor") for the video game People of Mine ("Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

Copy, distribute, or publicly display the Game outside of authorized platforms;

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game;

Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent;

Circumvent or disable any security or digital rights management features;

Upload or distribute the Game or its content to any third-party services.

3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.

4. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
If the Game allows you to create custom content (e.g. levels, mods, characters):

You retain ownership of your creations but grant Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display them in connection with the Game;

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will be free from errors or interruptions or that it will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game.

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
