Dotosy® grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one copy of the Game Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a single computer or device.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game Software; (b) use the Game Software for any commercial or promotional purpose; (c) rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Game Software to any third party; (d) circumvent any security technology included in the Game Software; (e) create derivative works based on the Game Software.
Dotosy® retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights therein. This EULA grants you a license to use the Game Software, but not ownership.
The game software is provided "as is" and with all faults. Dotosy® makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Dotosy® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with use of the game software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Jurisdiction]."
Cheating, hacking, or harassment is prohibited.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) User's use of the Game; (b) any breach of User's representations, warranties, or covenants under this Agreement; or (c) any third-party claims or actions arising from User's use of the Game or any violation of applicable law by User.
Dotosy® may terminate this EULA and your right to use the Game Software immediately and without notice if you violate any term of this EULA.
