This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Gaemster (“Developer”), governing your use of the video game titled Z Mission Breakout (“Game”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
License
Gaemster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Steam’s Subscriber Agreement and any applicable policies.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including any updates, enhancements, and modifications, are owned by Gaemster and/or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
Restrictions
There are no additional restrictions beyond those outlined in the Steam Subscriber Agreement. However, the Game and its contents may not be used in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
User-Generated Content
The Game may allow for the creation of small amounts of user-generated content for local use only. Such content remains your responsibility, and Gaemster is not liable for any issues arising from its creation or use.
Third-Party Software
The Game may contain software or assets licensed from third parties. Use of such components may be subject to additional terms and conditions required by those third parties.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Gaemster may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Gaemster disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gaemster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Game.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
