This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Gilang Gumelar Studios ("Developer"), regarding your use of the video game titled Yasuke: My Legendary Samurai ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
Gilang Gumelar Studios grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game without written permission from Gilang Gumelar Studios.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where laws prohibit such restrictions.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the Game.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to any artwork, music, code, text, and characters) are owned by Gilang Gumelar Studios and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Gilang Gumelar Studios does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gilang Gumelar Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
7. Changes to this Agreement
Gilang Gumelar Studios reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted along with a new Effective Date.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
