END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing and using Favela Defender ("Software").
By installing and using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use this Software.
License
Palmsoft Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use this Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You are not authorized to use this Software unless it was legally obtained through one of the official distribution sources defined by Palmsoft Games.
Intellectual Property
All content, names, source code (fully developed in Java), and other components of the Software are the exclusive property of Palmsoft Games. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part without prior and express authorization from Palmsoft Games.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit this Software, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement;
b) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or commercially exploit any resources used in the development or execution of this Software;
c) Modify, adapt, merge, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on this Software or any part thereof, unless expressly permitted by law;
d) Remove, alter, or tamper with any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
e) Use this Software for any unlawful purposes or in violation of the rights of third parties.
Permissions
As a user of this Software, you are allowed to:
a) Record or stream gameplay videos on video distribution platforms (such as YouTube, Twitch, or similar), provided that a link to the official Palmsoft Games page is included in the video description;
b) Translate this Software for personal and non-commercial use, provided that you legally own an original copy. The translation must include the official link and this Agreement in its entirety.
Translations of this Software
Palmsoft Games is not responsible for any unofficial translations made by third parties and will not compensate for translations that were not expressly requested by Palmsoft Games.
Modificações e Suporte ao Software
Palmsoft Games reserves the right to modify this Software, as well as to suspend or terminate, temporarily or permanently, its distribution or any related services, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by you or by Palmsoft Games.
Palmsoft Games may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision herein. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Software and all copies from any device under your control.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
Changes to this Agreement
Palmsoft Games reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a change is considered material, you will be given at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined solely by Palmsoft Games.
