Commercial License Agreement

1. Definitions
"The Software" refers to Sapphire Software (Software Copyright of the People's Republic of China: 2025SR0477048) and all its components.
"Licensor" refers to Sapphire Team.
"User" refers to any individual or organization using the Software.
2. Version Description
The Software is available in the following versions:
1. Community Edition: Free to use, providing basic features.
2. Premium Edition: Paid use, providing full features.
3. Scope of License
1. Community Edition Users may use the basic features of the Software free of charge.
2. Premium Edition Users may use all features of the Software after paying the license fee.
3. This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
4. Usage Restrictions
1. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the Software is prohibited.
2. Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Software is prohibited.
3. Redistributing, selling, leasing, or sublicensing the Software is prohibited.
4. Removing or altering copyright notices or other identifiers in the Software is prohibited.
5. Using the Software for any form of commercial promotion is prohibited.
5. Open-Source Components Statement
The Software utilizes the following open-source components:
1. Qt Framework 5.15.2
- Licensed under LGPL v3.
- Used via dynamic linking.

6. Disclaimer

7. Termination of Agreement
1. This license will automatically terminate if the User violates any terms of this Agreement.
2. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using the Software and delete all copies.
8. Miscellaneous Terms
1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. The Licensor retains the right to interpret this Agreement.
3. The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement.
