Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using Crayation: The First Sketch (“Game”), developed and published by Crayon Code
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use on a single device, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
You are granted a license to use the Game, not ownership of the Game or any part of it. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game and any copies thereof (including but not limited to characters, storylines, music, visuals, trademarks, and source code) remain the property of the Developer.
3. User Content and Conduct
If the Game allows for user-generated content (screenshots, recordings, mods, etc.), you are solely responsible for that content and agree not to submit any content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any such content at our discretion.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Game.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Updates and Modifications
We may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These are subject to this Agreement and may be automatically applied. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA/FL, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
