LabyrAInth - End User License Agreement (EULA)

Pietro Dondi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play LabyrAInth for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant ownership of the game or any related content.2. Restrictions
By using LabyrAInth, you agree not to:- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the game or its software.
- Distribute, share, sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer LabyrAInth to any third party.
- Use the game for commercial purposes, including monetization through resale, rental, or paid access.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or digital rights management systems within the game.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to game mechanics, artwork, music, and code, remains the exclusive property of Pietro Dondi. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use of the game or its assets is strictly prohibited.4. Disclaimer of Warranties
LabyrAInth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pietro Dondi is not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the game.5. Termination
This license is valid until terminated. Pietro Dondi reserves the right to revoke access to LabyrAInth at any time if the user violates these terms.6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with local legal jurisdiction.By downloading, installing, or playing LabyrAInth, you acknowledge and agree to these licensing terms.
