Thank you for participating in the Alpha Test for My Time at Evershine! As part of this early testing phase, we are excited to share a first look at the game with you. However, since this is an unfinished and confidential version of the game, we require all players to agree to the following terms before proceeding.
By accessing the My Time at Evershine Alpha Test, you acknowledge and agree to this Alpha Testing Agreement & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

The Alpha Test is strictly confidential. Testers may not share, record, stream, or distribute any gameplay, screenshots, videos, files, or details outside of officially designated channels. Discussions about the game are only permitted in authorized spaces. Feedback and bug reports should be submitted through the official feedback channels provided by the development team, including the Pathea Discord Alpha channel or via email at qa@pathea.net.

This is an unfinished version of the game, and much of the art, story, and related content is still temporary or in placeholder form; it may also contain bugs, missing content, and performance issues. Features and mechanics are still in development, and significant changes may occur before release. Game progress and save data from this Alpha Test may not carry over to future versions, including the full release. Online access or updates may be required during the testing period. If any NDA terms are violated, access to the Alpha Test may be revoked.

The development team values player feedback and encourages testers to report issues and suggestions through the official channels. Participation in the Alpha Test does not guarantee that any specific feedback will be implemented. Discussions, feedback, and any other test-related communication must remain confidential and may not be shared outside of approved spaces.

All content, assets, mechanics, and information in My Time at Evershine remain the sole property of Pathea Games. Unauthorized modifications, data mining, reverse engineering, or tampering with game files in any form is strictly prohibited.

Violating this agreement, including sharing confidential information or engaging in unauthorized activities, may result in immediate removal from the Alpha Test and exclusion from future testing programs. If confidential information is leaked, legal action may be taken. Testers who break the NDA will also lose access to future pre-release content, including the Alpha and any potential Beta programs.

By participating in the My Time at Evershine Alpha Test, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this NDA. You acknowledge that this is an unfinished version of the game, that all information about it must remain confidential, and that your access may be revoked if any NDA terms are violated.
