1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
By using this game, you agree to the terms below. The game is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. No refund will be issued outside Steam’s legal policy, unless otherwise required by law.
2. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement binds you ("the user") and Hazard Wizard, the publisher of "Mail it to the king". It governs your use of the game distributed through the Steam platform. By installing or launching the game, you agree to this EULA.
3. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
You must have a valid Steam account and comply with Steam’s terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. LICENSE GRANT
Hazard Wizard grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the game on your device via Steam. Any other use is prohibited. You may not:

The game and its content (visuals, music, text, code, etc.) are protected by copyright law. Unless explicitly stated:
Some music assets are under open licenses, with proper credit to their authors.
6. PERSONAL DATA
The game collects technical crash and performance data via Unity Cloud Diagnostics and Steamworks. No personal data is processed.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The game is provided "as is". The publisher makes no warranty that the game will be error-free or continuously available. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game. No compensation will be provided for indirect, incidental, or service interruption losses.
8. PLAYER CONDUCT
You are prohibited from:

The publisher does not guarantee permanent availability of these services.
10. TERMINATION
Your license may be revoked immediately in the event of:
- violation of this agreement;
- fraudulent or malicious behavior;
- mandatory legal or regulatory action.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent court under EU Regulation No. 1215/2012. EU consumers may also use a free mediation service under French Consumer Code Article L612-1 and following.
12. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
- Nothing in this EULA limits your statutory consumer rights.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
- This license is non-transferable. Resale is prohibited (already covered by Steam’s terms).
