💀 AmarilloArts End User License Agreement (EULA) 💀
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AmaView, AmarilloGifCreator, or any associated software ("the Software"), you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA").
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
AmarilloArts grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal devices.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Software available to others.
3. Ownership
When you purchase or download this Software, you own your copy.
You may install, back up, and use it on your personal devices as you wish.
AmarilloArts retains the rights to the original source material, but your copy is yours.
4. Restrictions
You are allowed to reverse engineer and modify the Software for personal or non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to remove or alter any existing copyright notices or trademarks.
5. Third-Party Libraries
This Software uses third-party components, including:
- ImageMagick (https://imagemagick.org), licensed under the ImageMagick License.
- WpfAnimatedGif by Thomas Levesque (https://github.com/thomaslevesque/WpfAnimatedGif), licensed under the MIT License.
Copies of these licenses are included in the ThirdPartyLicenses folder.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
You use it at your own risk.
AmarilloArts does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AmarilloArts be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to:
- Data loss
- Hardware failure
- Financial loss
- Emotional damage
- Sudden loss of life
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any part of this EULA.
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the country of Peru (🦙), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Chill Clause
I made this Software to be useful and fun.
