END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Arda Unal ("Developer") and Abbas Ulgen Unal ("Publisher") for the video game titled "Flying Up" ("Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer and Publisher grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and intellectual property in and to the Game remain with the Developer and Publisher.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer or Publisher if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer and Publisher do not guarantee that the Game will run uninterrupted or error-free.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Developer or Publisher be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if the Developer or Publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By continuing to install or use the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
