This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Gridwork Games (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”) for the game titled Neon Raider (“Game”), which includes any related services, software, updates, or content provided by us.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including updates and content) remain with Gridwork Games and its licensors.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
- Use the Game for commercial purposes (including streaming to generate revenue, unless allowed by the Licensor);
- Modify or create derivative works of the Game;
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
4. STEAM PLATFORM
This Game is distributed via Steam. Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/) and Valve’s policies. Any purchase or access to the Game through Steam is governed by Steam's terms.
5. UPDATES AND PATCHES
We may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game at our discretion. You agree that the Game may automatically download and install such updates without additional notice.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (IF APPLICABLE)
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content:
- You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Game.
- You agree not to create or share any offensive, infringing, or illegal content.
7. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game. We may terminate this license at any time if You breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridwork Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, Stockholm without regard to its conflict of law principles.
