END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
For “Demonbyte” by Could Care Less Studios
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Could Care Less Studios, governing the use of the game software "Demonbyte" (the "Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
Could Care Less Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use on a single device, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership
You acknowledge that:
The Software is licensed, not sold.
All rights, title, and interest, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Software are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Could Care Less Studios.
“Demonbyte” is a copyrighted and trademarked property of Could Care Less Studios, with Vincent Vento (also known as “Husky Puppy”) serving as CEO and primary rights holder.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Software except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software.
4. No Ownership Transfer
By installing or using the Software, you do not gain ownership of the Software or any of its content. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of it.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Could Care Less Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Could Care Less Studios or Vincent Vento be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software.
By installing or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
